1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2 Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

3 Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are estimated to be delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations and unforeseen circumstances, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, and public holidays, may require additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹499, subject to the terms shown at checkout.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service fee. Any applicable fee will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.

5 Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided with your order, where tracking is available. Use the tracking link or details to follow your shipment.

6 Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please provide a complete shipping address, correct PIN code, and active contact number. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery or result in an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

7 Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact our support team and share your order number. We will review the shipment status and help you with the next steps.

8 Damaged, Missing, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or an unboxing video if available. Requests will be reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9 Failed Delivery or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, our support team will review the case and explain the available options. Any applicable re-shipping charges will be communicated before they are incurred.
