Cancellation Policy

At Cristiano Aillen, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how to request an order cancellation and how any applicable refunds are handled.

1 Customer Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is delivered by contacting us through our Contact Us page and sharing your order number. Please contact us as early as possible, as cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.

You may refuse a package at the doorstep. Once an order has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may raise an eligible return or replacement request under our Return & Refund Policy.

2 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For a prepaid order that is successfully cancelled, we generally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no cancellation refund is due if no payment was collected. If a COD payment has already been collected and a refund is approved, we may request valid bank-account or UPI details to process it.

3 Cancellation by Cristiano Aillen

In limited circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil an order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, an invalid or incomplete delivery address, or suspected fraudulent activity. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, we will notify you and generally initiate the applicable refund within 5–7 business days, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable law.

4 How to Contact Us

To request a cancellation or ask about its status, visit our Contact Us page and include your order number and registered contact details. A request is not confirmed until we communicate the cancellation status to you.
